Recovery Officers – Pharmaceutical Industry (Anuradhapura)
We are seeking dedicated and results-driven Recovery Officers to join our expanding pharmaceutical organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recover outstanding payments from customers and distributors
Maintain accurate recovery records and follow-up schedules
Coordinate with sales, finance, and management teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recovery, collections, or finance (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical trade will be an added advantage
