SALES EXECUTIVE CUM CASHIER – MASTER TOOLS KIRIBATHGODA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*:-

Handle the POS (Point on Sale) System – Issuing bills and stock management.

* Serves customers by helping them select products, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

* Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner

.* Responds to customers’ questions/ inquiries and calls.

* Provide outstanding customer service.

* Creating and updating customer profile records.

* Processes payments by checks, cash, and credit/debit cards

.* Manage social media sale campaigns (eCommerce site, Fb page, FB marketplace, and other online sales process). (Additional incentives will be paid based on revenues).

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS :-

* GCE O/L or above.

* MS Office, Email, and Social Media.

* Sales/ Marketing knowledge.

* 1 year Experience in Sales/ Marketing or Cashier fields

* Age below 22 – 45 years.

* Language skills –Sinhala and English. (Should be able to read and write, and have manageable communication ability)

* Candidates settled closer to Kiribathgoda are preferred.
