Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Administer performance management systems and employee benefits
• Support training, HR strategies, and compliance with labor laws
• Foster a positive work culture and ensure employee engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of HR experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
