KLN Logistics Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Senior Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who can independently manage HR operations and support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

Manage performance management, training & development initiatives.

Handle payroll coordination, attendance and statutory compliance.

Support policy implementation and HR best practices.

Act as a key HR partner to management and employees.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR functions and Sri Lankan labour laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Overall knowledge of the International Logistics (IL) industry and Freight Forwarding will be a strong added advantage.
