🔳 Senior Project Manager (Construction Site)
Job Location: Construction sites.
▪️ BSc in Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent. (NDT,NDES considered)
▪️ Minimum 10 years experience in building construction.
▪️ Working experience as a project manager in large-scale projects or high-rise buildings.
▪️ Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and cost control.
▪️ Excellent leadership, team coordination, and decision-making abilities.
▪️ Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
▪️ Proficiency in project management software.

🔳 Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Kaduwela, Nawagamuwa.
▪️ Degree in QS or equivalent professional qualification.
▪️ Minimum 10 years working experience in relevant fields.
▪️ Advanced knowledge of cost planning, BOQ preparation and contract administration.
▪️ Advanced-Expert level in QS softwares.
