Sensor Industrialization Engineer
Contrinex Ceylon is a BOI-approved company in Wattala and a subsidiary of the Contrinex Group – Switzerland.
We manufacture sensors as a global production hub, upholding strict Swiss quality standards to serve the global market.
Responsibilities:
– Support to Production, Process & Quality departments
– Improvement of product processes and designs
– Identification of key scrap areas and implementation of scrap reduction strategies.
– On-site and off-site production support for engineering production orders
– Electronic adaptations of existing products PCB layout design
– Execution of diverse electronics-related tasks
– Maintenance and updates of technical product data
– Documentation related to electronic components, homologation, requalification & other reports
– Sensor characterization (including EMC tests, thermalmeasurement)
– Creation and follow-up of production orders
Qualifications:
– Degree in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
– 1–2 years of experience in Electronics or a similar field
– Ability to work independently and guide the local team
– Motivated to suggest improvements, innovations, and modifications.
– Specialized knowledge in Microelectronics, hashtag Programming, and EmbeddedElectronics.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Willingness to support a multi-shift operational facility
