Responsibilities:
*Oversee overall project execution and site management.
*Lead and coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
*Resolve on-site technical issues and prevent project delays.
*Ensure all work meets architectural and engineering standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
*BSc in Civil Engineering, NDT, HNDE, or a similar high-level technical qualification.
*Minimum 5–8 years of experience in building or civil construction.
*At least 2–3 years in a management role.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
*Supervise daily site activities and workforce productivity.
*Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and safety specifications.
*Manage materials, tools, and maintain accurate site records.
*Coordinate effectively with engineers and the QS team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
*NVQ / Technical qualification OR proven extensive site experience.
*Strong experience in building and civil construction works.
*Proven ability to manage labor and daily site operations.
*Excellent understanding of site safety and quality standards.
