Social Media Content Creator Trainee

We are hiring a Social Media Content Creator Trainee to join our fast-growing digital team in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for a confident, creative, and camera-ready individual who is passionate about social media, short-form video content, and digital storytelling. If you love creating Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content and want real hands-on agency experience, this role is built for you.
As part of the OntoMatrix content team, you will:
- Appear in Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content for OntoMatrix.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and marketing teams to shoot short- form video content.
- Stay on top of trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
- Assist in planning and scripting ideas for ongoing social media campaigns.
- Support voiceovers, testimonials, and interactive content when required.
- Gain exposure by assisting with content across OntoMatrix’s international client portfolio.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable on camera.
- Naturally creative and highly aware of social media trends.
- Experienced in video creation (preferred).
- Able to showcase a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts portfolio with on-screen appearances.
- Energetic, expressive, and eager to learn the foundations of digital marketing in a real agency environment.
