We are seeking energetic and highly responsible professionals for our digital operations in Panadura. This is a 100% office-based role focused on providing exceptional customer support through digital platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide fast, friendly, and professional responses via WhatsApp Chat.
• Efficiently manage the Meta Business Suite (Inbox & Comments).
• Use problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and updates using Google Sheets.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for assigned daily tasks.

✅ Requirements:

• Gender: Both Male & Female candidates are welcome to apply.
• Age: 18 – 30 years.
• Work Experience: Previous experience in WhatsApp Chat, Business Suite, or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
• Personal Attributes: Must be a natural problem solver with a friendly personality and high level of responsibility.
