Software Development Internship (Full-Stack)

Join the development team for a new web-based Property Management System (PMS) built specifically for the hotel industry. You’ll be working on a core product that helps streamline critical hotel operations such as reservations, guest management, and room assignments.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a full-stack application from the ground up, gaining valuable experience in a real-world, high-impact project within the hospitality technology domain.    

Key Responsibilities:-

  Frontend 

🔹 Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for the web application using modern technologies 

🔹 Implement UI components and features based on design specifications 

🔹 Utilize React, TypeScript, and the Tanstack Router for routing 

🔹 Manage server state using Tanstack Query and client state using Jotai 

🔹 Style components using Tailwind CSS 

🔹Collaborate with the backend team to integrate frontend features with APIs Backend 

🔹Assist in developing and maintaining the application’s backend logic and database structure 

🔹Work with Pocketbase, an open-source backend solution that includes an embedded SQLite database is an added advantage 

🔹Utilize Node.js or Bun for backend development 

🔹Contribute to building and refining RESTful APIs for frontend integration    

Education 

🔹Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, OR  

🔹Completed a bachelor’s degree in the above fields within the last 12 months   

Technical Skills 

🔹Strong foundational knowledge of programming concepts 

🔹Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  🔹Familiarity with Git for version control    Soft Skills 

🔹Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

🔹Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 

🔹Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly Your Internship Experience 

✅ Hands-on experience developing a full-stack application in a specific and interesting domain (hotel reservations) 

✅ Mentorship and guidance from senior developers 

✅ Experience working with modern frontend frameworks and a streamlined backend solution like Pocketbase 

✅ Experience with real-time database features and built-in authentication
