✨Student Counsellor Job Role and Responsibilities:-

As a Student Counsellor, you will work closely with students to help them navigate academic and personal challenges. Key responsibilities include:

*Providing guidance on academic and career-related matters.

*Offering emotional support and counselling for personal issues.

*Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student development.

*Helping students identify their strengths, interests, and potential career paths.

*Developing and implementing strategies for student well-being and success.

*Student Counsellor Job Eligibility and Required Skills

✨To become a Student Counsellor, candidates need to meet the following qualifications and possess key skills:-

*A degree in psychology, counselling, or education.

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

*Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards students’ concerns.

*Good organizational and time-management skills.

*Knowledge of student development theories and counselling techniques.

✨Requirements & Responsibilities :-

• Offer counseling for students studying in Usa UK, Canada, NZ,Australia ..
• Age Between 18-35
• Minimum 6 months work experience in relevant industry
• Good communication skills in all 3 languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

✨Salaries 25k to 30k Lkr monthly –

✨26 days to work from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

✨After 1 year in every six month festival bonus half of the salary to pay
