β’ Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students.
β’ Assist students with academic planning, career guidance, and personal development.
β’ Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, study skills, and career planning.
β’ Work closely with faculty and staff to address student concerns and develop intervention strategies.
β’ Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all counselling activities.
β’ Develop and implement support programs for students facing academic, social, or emotional difficulties.
β’ Track and monitor student progress, providing follow-up support as needed
.β’ Refer students to external support services if necessary.
ππͺππ‘ππππππ©ππ€π£π¨:-
β’ A Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Counselling, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience as a counsellor, preferably in an educational setting.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
β’ Familiarity with counselling techniques and best practices.

β’ Experience with group counselling or workshop facilitation.
β’ Knowledge of educational and career planning tools.
β’ Ability to work with a diverse student population.
β’ Proficiency in English and other local languages
