This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at Nextep Group Factory located in Athurugiriya.

The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operSribations, managing a team, ensuring productivity and efficiency, implementing company policies, and providing leadership and guidance to staff.
