We’re Hiring: Tech Lead – AI & Platform Engineering

(Colombo-based, Sri Lanka | On-site)

Coderra is building a production-grade agentic AI platform, and we’re looking for a senior engineer to lead architecture and delivery.

You’ll design and scale distributed backend systems, work hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, and mentor a small high-performing team.

We’re seeking 6–8+ years of software engineering experience, strong Python backend expertise, and proven capability building ML/AI systems in production.
