Requirements:
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in building construction
- NCT Level 3 / 4 or equivalent (Civil Engineering / QS)
- Strong knowledge in site work, BOQ preparation, and subcontractor coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & MS Project is an added advantage
