TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER (Civil) K.U.S Group is seeking a driven and technically skilled individual to join our growing sales team.

This role isn’t about day-to-day site supervision, it’s about understanding construction challenges, engaging with decision-makers and offering the right construction solutions while handling the technicality of the solutions to the leading contractors and developers across Sri Lanka.
Job Responsibilities:-
· Identify construction process, develop, propose solutions and manage new business opportunities for system formwork and related solutions.
· Meet regularly with contractors, developers, and consultants to promote products and generate inquiries.
· Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates and presentations for clients.
· Negotiate and close project sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
· Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Education Required and Experience Required:
· Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction (sites), project coordination, or a technical sales-related role.
· Valid driving license (Car-B, B2) Competencies and Skills Required
· Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage).
· Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
· A proactive, target-driven, and confident personality.
· Technical Knowledge, Site Experience, Passion for sales, client relationships, and technical problem-solving.
