👩‍💻👨‍💻Our Sales team is recruiting for the position of Tele Sales Executive.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be to promote our services to customers, identify the service needs of customers and present our services as solutions that suit them.

Key Responsibilities:-

Introducing our services to customers and resolving any queries.

Liaising through Phone calls, Emails and other communication media (Facebook, WhatsApp) to promote our services.

Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.

Maintaining and updating customer data (CRM) with accurate client information, and sales progress.

Building long-term service relationships with customers through excellent customer service.

Qualifications:-

Ability to communicate very well in Sinhala and English.

Computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel).

Minimum 6 months of experience.

Be between 20 – 30 years old.
