โข Manage and coordinate inbound tour operations in Sri Lanka.
โข Develop and maintain relationships with international travel agents and clients.
โข Plan, organize, and manage personalized tour packages, ensuring all aspects of the travel experience meet client expectations
.โข Collaborate with suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, and tour guides, to ensure smooth tour operations.
โข Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed itineraries, pricing, and travel information.
โข Handle all administrative duties related to inbound tours, including bookings, reservations, and confirmations.
โข Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:-
โข 5 years + experience in inbound tour executive/handling or relevant position
โข Previous experience in a similar role in the tourism industry.
โข Strong knowledge of Sri Lankaโs tourism attractions, hotels, and travel logistics
.โข Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
โข Ability to manage multiple tours simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
โข Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
โข Proficient in using travel management software and MS Office applications.
