Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in inbound travel handling UK and Indian clients.
• Strong communication, organizational, and itinerary planning skills.
• Knowledge of Sri Lanka’s destinations and travel services.
• Proficiency in MS Office; travel software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage inbound travel packages and bookings.
• Communicate efficiently with international clients.
• Customize itineraries and coordinate with local suppliers.
• Maintain accurate booking and payment records.
