We’re Hiring – WordPress Developer Interns
Are you an aspiring web developer with hands-on experience in WordPress? Join 99Nex Technology as a WordPress Developer Intern and work on live projects that will help you build your portfolio and strengthen your professional skills.
Internship Details:
- Duration: 6 Months
- Mode: Remote (Flexible)
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages
- Customize themes and plugins according to project requirements
- Ensure website performance, speed, and security optimization
- Collaborate with designers, content teams, and backend developers
- Debug and fix technical issues or compatibility problems
- Work on responsive designs and SEO-friendly site structures
- Assist in deploying and updating live client projects
Requirements:
- Students or recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Practical experience in WordPress development (academic projects or freelance work acceptable)
- Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and the Gutenberg editor
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Familiarity with page builders
- Understanding of SEO basics and website optimization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred (Bonus Skills):
- Experience with WooCommerce or membership sites
- Knowledge of cPanel, hosting, and domain setup
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop
