Requirement:-
Degree or an equivalent from a recognized university with a second-lower class or equivalent
Full or part professional qualification including CFA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, CMA, etc., will be an added advantage
Minimum 03 years of work experience in corporate finance, equity, fixed income, structured debt.treasury, capital markets, or other relevant work area
Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil languages
Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills
Strong analytical & report writing skills with high attention to detail
Self-starter, ability to operate with minimum supervision
Ability to work under pressure and results oriented
Must be well versed in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
Team player with strong work ethics & problem solving skills• Ability to travel (for events and conferences)
If you are selected for the vacancy your job responsibilities would include:Research and develop concept papers, product papers, etc., and other relevant analysis to be performed Strong understanding of the listing, corporate governance and other rules Analyze financial statements and other management information and evaluate whether a company meets the listing criteria Participating in events and forums Networking and relationship building with listed entities, potential issuers, other stakeholders such as the regulators and government and other authorities, agencies, etc.Interact with cross functional/branch teams and ensure successful timely delivery of events, forums, etc.
