Key Responsibilities:

Set operational targets and growth plans for the respective Operational Districts with management approvals.

Develop resource requirement plans for the assigned operational districts achieving respective Sales and Quality KPI’s and communicating it to all stakeholders.

Sourcing of suitable dealers/standby dealers, interviewing and appointing as per business requirements in consultation with RSM.

Constant evaluation of dealer’s performance and abilities within the changing environment through weekly, and monthly meetings.

Build and strengthen relationships with all key retailers to enhance Hutch brand image and to gather valuable information.

Identify competitor activities, analyze and plan counter strategies to mitigate the effect along with the RSM/HO.

Provide feedback on competitor offers and activities, and market trends and their effects on the field to Head Office.

Monitor quality KPI’s of Dealer/Retailer and identify root causes for failure if any and take corrective measures to be in line with company guidelines.

Key Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma in Marketing/Telco/IT/Business management.

Minimum of 05 years of sales experience. (Previous experience in Telecommunication will be an added advantage)

Possess sound knowledge of the market and a good understanding of the Telecommunication market, products/ systems/processes.

Conversant with Microsoft Office packages.

Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.

Excellent time management and negotiation skills.

Strong business sense and industry expertise.
