Crafting product strategies in line with divisional business objectives and execution of those with relevant road mapping, tactics.

Drive various business developments, sales, branding and marketing activities to ensure that the assigned product or group delivers the expected contribution to the division in terms of revenue, profitability, market share and growth.

Take the ownership of the performance of chemical engineering products and drive all operational activities to achieve sales revenue, recoveries and profits by assuring return on investments.

Carry out product costing and pricing in coordination and consultation with Reporting Head, Divisional Head and other relevant stakeholders.

Forecast the demand and estimate stock requirement levels while coordinating the procurement process in synchronization with relevant internal and external parties with necessary cost benefit analysis, documentation, verifications and authorisations.

Implement a strategic and systematic approach to managing product quality at each stage from supplier to customers in order to ensure that products meet quality standards/specifications in the area of packaging and display, customers experience in product performance and features while working towards continuous improvement.

Gather customer feedback regarding sales processes and after sales services while appropriate corrective, preventive and development action taking Analysing data and identifying the performance of existing products in terms of profitability, market share and trends to assure the identification of performance for development initiatives.

Other areas include resource allocation and prioritising sales and business development activities.

Manage the all aspects of the product life cycle for assigned products effectively and efficiently to ensure that all stages are up to expected level of standard along with relevant support functions and activities including research and development, product designing and technical development, branding and marketing

Identify and fill product gaps in line with portfolio management processes as well as Division’s business strategy along with necessary market surveys and feasibility studies,Conduct research on latest industry changes in technological, social and economic environments while stay aying up-to-date on competitor activities and taking initiative in terms of business development.

Design and execution of branding and marketing strategies while coordinating with the branding team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that products achieve competitive positioning in terms of visibility, awareness and reputation.initiativesIdentify new markets, channels and capitalise on opportunities with appropriate strategies and any other functions may assigned time-to-time depending on work demand.


Technical proficiency in all types of water treatment projects and water quality management.

BSC in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

Positive attitude and up-to-date on the latest industry standards in relevant fields.

Minimum of 2-5 years’ professional experience in managing challenging water/ waste water projects with expertise in design, installation and commissioning.

Other skills include operation and maintenance of different types of water, sewage, waste water and cooling tower water treatment plants, along with swimming pools and recreational facility water systems and boiler water treatment systems.
