Responsibilities:•
Assist in managing the property including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.
Maintain and operate equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
Establish and manage an effective room maintenance program.
Develop maintenance policies, standards and procedures and ensure compliance by all departments.
• Manage Department’s controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
Supervise the day-to-day operations of Engineering and contribute to a better.
Prerequisites:
Degree in Building and Construction / Engineering / Mechanics or related professional area.
Experience in the Engineering and Maintenance or related professional area; with technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing.
