Scope of the Role:-
Producing quality cement with available resources at minimum cost while managing own FTES & third-party employees effectively for smooth operation.
Support to manage the maintenance KPI above the set target.ResponsibilitiesEnsure product quality by optimizing processes, guiding raw material preparation, coordinating with quality control, and ensuring the accuracy of raw material feeding equipment.I
mproving plant productivity and operations by diagnosing process bottlenecks, minimizing downtime, optimizing raw material usage, and managing people effectively.
Improving EBITDA margin by minimizing energy, material, and maintenance costs, controlling overtime, reducing third-party labor hiring, ensuring quality, achieving production targets, and lowering raw material expenses.
Planning and controlling housekeeping by closely monitoring, taking corrective actions, empowering, and guiding labor.
Promote and contribute to OH&S targets.
Requirements:-
National Diploma in Technology or Higher National Diploma in Engineering with one year experience. Preferably postgraduate qualification in Manufacturing Management.Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar role.Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
