Junior Executive – Finance

Job Role:-

Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

Process and verify invoices and payment requests. Prepare and issue payments to vendors and suppliers.

Maintain and update balance sheet schedules.Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets, and track company expenses.

Aid in preparing expense reports and support during internal and external audits.

Monitor customer invoices, record payments, and reconcile accounts.Perform general administrative duties and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve financial discrepancies.

Candidate Profile:

Part qualified in CIMA/ICASL or Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification in the field of Finance.

A Minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.

Written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala.Enthusiastic, self-driven and possess the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
