Management Trainee
We are looking for recruitment of Management Trainee who can deliver future requirement of the company in Manufacturing and Operations.
Fit into the MT Shoe :– Should be less than 25 years of age. Leadership competencies that outline abilities, characteristics and behavior needed to meet the challenges in managing people, process and resources. Outgoing and pleasing personality with promising background. Complete the final exam in foreign or local bachelor’s degree program and/or qualified from a recognized professional body. Such as CIMA, ICASL, CIM, POHRM (CIPM), BIT.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and language proficiency in. Sinhala/Tamil and English.
