We are #hiring Software Engineer (Java)

Key Responsibilities:

•Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.

•Interact with IT business partners and users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

•Ensure code review healthiness and maintain technical/functional documentation.

•Identify risks and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.

•Collaborate with IT team and external vendors to identify and resolve technical problems, ensuring smooth operation of the software to meet day-to-day business requirements.

•Maintain and enhance existing codebases, peer review code changes, and design interfaces between SAP and other business systems.

•Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.

•Prepare technical specifications for new reports, layouts, and interfaces.

•Create user and training documentation, conduct formal training sessions, and support end-users.

•Comply with project plans, industry standards, and best practices.

•Stay up-to-date with innovative technologies and industry best practices.

•Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

•Ensure compliance with audit requirements according to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) framework of ISO 27001.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Java development techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Webservices/APIs, and jQuery.

•Experience in rational databases and SQL.

•Thorough understanding of agile methodologies.

•Strong Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with experience in applying modern design patterns.
