Job Role:-
Write efficient code based on solid algorithms.
Proficient in troubleshooting code and adept at identifying and escalating scope creep when necessary.
Incorporate programming best practices into software development processes.
Develop software in alignment with architecture guidelines.Conduct component testing to ensure technical quality.
Possess strong knowledge of concepts such as Locking, Transaction Handling, Concurrency Control, and Application Performance.
Competence in building software based on multi-tier architectures and associated enabling platforms and frameworks.
Conduct effective systems requirement analysis and provide reasonable work estimates.
Job Specifications:-
BSc. Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field from a recognized university/institute.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Software Engineer within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented concepts and techniques.
Ability to multitask effectively and switch between tasks with short notice.
Familiarity with component-based design & development, design patterns, frameworks, and relational concepts.
Understanding of quality drivers and ability to meet deadlines with high-quality work.
Capability to adhere to relevant processes to achieve quality expectations.• Awareness of quality concepts and standards within the company.
Excellent general, team, and business communication skills.Ability to work independently with good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
