POSITION OVERVIEW :-
We are actively seeking a proficient Full-Time RPA Developer with UI Path experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work remotely, aligning their schedule with either USA or local working hours for a six-month initial contract starting in May 2024. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with frontend and backend developers to build robust and scalable automation solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for automation projects.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable automation solutions using UI Path.
• Integrate automation processes with backend systems and APIs.
• Utilize your expertise in UI Path to streamline development processes.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure reliability and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in RPA development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the performance and security of automation solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
REQUIREMENTS:-
• 2-5 years of experience as an RPA Developer with UI Path experience.
• Proven experience in building automation solutions with UI Path.
• Proficiency in working remotely with working hours aligned to either USA or local time.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on learning.
QUALIFICATIONS:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an RPA Developer.
• Experience with UI Path or similar RPA tools.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.• Self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
