The Job:-
Attending to user troubleshooting on site and remotely.
Installing and upgrading computer hardware and software, system networks, printers, and scanners
.Maintain up-to-date reports related to IT infrastructure for decision making.
Provide end user support to employees and students to solve IT issues escalated through the help desk.
Ability to maintain ERP systems, UPS systems, and CCTV systems.
The Person:-
Full/part qualification in HND in Computing, Software Engineering, Networking, Cyber Security or a related specialization.
Keen knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting hardware and software.Freshers are welcome to apply.
Ability to adapt to new systems, processes and technology.Excellent team player having ability to work under pressure.
