Responsibility·:-
Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations.·
Evaluate and recommend the most economical and efficient control systems in order to improve cost effectiveness.
· System and process improvements to increase the efficiency of the department.· Ensure smooth functioning of mechanical and electrical equipment in order to prove an uninterrupted service and facilitate the operations of the organization.
·Working closely with relevant departments to improve plant efficiency.

Qualifications·:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification in mechanical or production engineering from a reputable university or institute is required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years specifically in food manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with food quality control and safety principles and practices is mandatory, including knowledge if ISO 22000 and HACCP food safety and quality control procedures.
Excellent computer literate with ability to work in a fully computerized working environment and Auto-cad System.
·Good communication skill, Strong analytical skill with problem solving skill· Priority will be given to candidates reside in Kaduwela area
