Job Scope:-

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Management, ensuring seamless coordination and handling of day-to-day activities.

Requirements for an Ideal Candidate:-

Ø 2 – 5 years of experience in a Secretarial role

Ø Relevant Academic/Professional Qualification

Ø Professional secretarial qualification would be highly advantageous

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Ø Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, WordSoft Skills

Ø Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Ø High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information

Ø Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Ø Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ø Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Job Responsibilities:-

Ø Efficiently manage the calendar and weekly schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and engagements with precision

Ø Handle all aspects of overseas travel arrangements, including documentation, costing, ticketing, and visa applications

Ø Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including proofreading and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed

Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties

Ø Prepare agendas and meeting documentation, ensuring smooth logistics and providing necessary refreshments when required

Ø Record accurate meeting minutes and distribute them promptly and professionally to attendees

Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ø Manage and maintain a database of contacts and important business relationships

Ø Ensure effective document management, including the creation and maintenance of both electronic and physical files, with a focus on confidentiality and security
