We’re seeking a passionate Digital Engagement Coordinator (DEC) to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, crafting engaging content, and driving organic traffic to our website.
What You’ll Do:-
* Implement social media campaigns and content strategies provided by the Marketing Manager.
* Create high-quality, engaging content using various social media tools.
* Foster a thriving online community through active interaction and audience engagement.
* Analyze social media performance metrics and report key insights to the Marketing Manager.
* Stay on top of the latest social media trends and best practices.
* Bonus points: Understand the fundamentals of Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Who You Are:-
* A social media enthusiast with 2+ years of experience as a DEC or similar role.
* Skilled at developing compelling content in various formats (text, images, videos).
* A data-driven thinker with the ability to analyze and interpret social media data.
* Excellent communicator with a strong command of the English language.
* Proficient in using Apple Mac computers and related accessories (a plus!).
* A team player with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
* Able to work full-time in our Colombo office.
