• The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree /Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute.

• Candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in the field of Human Resources especially with hands on experience in Employee Engagement.

• Demonstrate an enthusiastic attitude toward employee engagement.

• Willingness to travel and ability to plan & execute multiple programs at once.

• Further, candidate should be an inspiring personality, exceptional team player with excellent communication skills and must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced environment.
