Required Qualifications:-
BSc or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Science Engineering.
0-03 years of experience – fresh graduates/undergraduates are welcome.
Good understanding of Windows active directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies, and the ability to configure and troubleshoot.
Good understanding of the fundamentals of networking.
Strong knowledge and experience of working with Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of network management and monitoring tools.
Strong Knowledge of scripting and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and Powershell.
Good understanding of virtualization technologies and tools.
Good Knowledge of cloud technologies and working experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
Good Understanding of cloud services like ECS, EKS, and ECR.
Understanding of application containerization and container orchestration platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
Attend to maintenance tasks under the direction of a senior engineer ensuring the network and communications infrastructure of the company is optimally operational with minimum downtime.
Be up-to-date on new technologies and identify how these can be used to improve existing systems.
Assist in the maintenance of the data backup system under the direction of a senior engineer.
Adhere to security best practices under the direction of a senior engineer.
Respond to user and project team issues and provide solutions under the guidance of a senior engineer.
Provide support in conducting audits on the network and communications infrastructure.
Assist in the preparation of user, admin, and configuration guides for network and communication systems under the guidance of a senior engineer.
Provide support for resource distribution under the direction of a senior engineer.
Display strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with project teams and other departments.
Use of tools to improve the efficiency and productivity of delivering the assigned responsibilities.
Prompt escalation of issues to seniors.
Adherence to corporate guidelines defined in the associate handbook.
