HR & Legal Officer
We are currently seeking a talented HR & Legal Officer to join our team.
The HR & Legal Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, advising on HR policies, and managing employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide expert guidance on legal matters related to HR policies and practices.
Interpret and apply labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances and complaints.
Collaborate with HR team members to implement and update policies.
Requirements:–
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and HR,, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Proven experience as an HR & Legal Office or similar role.
Deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
