The Position:-

Respond to any questions, needs and desires of visitors, and follow up with visitors to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, both internal and external calls and provide accurate information to callers.

Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, by taking timely decisions and minimizing all escalations.

Maintain records of details of incoming/outgoing letters/courier packages and ensure the distribution process is in order.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and overall satisfaction.

Maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the reception area and ensure a positive & memorable experience for guests Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and facilities to provide accurate information to guests.

The Requirement:-

A recognized Diploma in Business Administration/HR/Secretarial Studies or any related field 03 to 04 years’ experience in a similar capacity preferably in a conglomerate.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the values of discretion and trustworthiness.

She/he should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A customer centric mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service

Furthermore, she/he should have an inspiring personality, be an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills, IT literacy and have the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
