Automation Engineer
What You Will Do:
• Support/Manage automation project as a product owner and drive the technical development of the project from concept to product.
Design and develop automation systems, including robotic systems, control systems, and custom hardware, to optimize semiconductor device integration processes.
• Integrate equipment and components into software design, develop and maintain control software for automation systems, including PLCS, HMIs, and robotic controllers.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineers to identify areas for product improvement, implement automation solutions, and continuously improve product portfolio.
Provide technical support for automation systems, diagnose and resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
Responsible for creating and updating detailed documentation for automation systems,encompassing design specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations, address safety concerns, and drive process improvements, ultimately supporting the achievement of production goals.
What You Should Have :-
Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in similar capacity.
Strong problem solving skills, project management skills including the ability to prioritize the tasks.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Basic understanding in Robotics, Industrial protocol communication, Mechanical systems and Electrical systems.
Thorough knowledge in Programming basics and control systems.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to provide high quality service.
