🔧 What You’ll Do:
✅ Provide technical support to users
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
✅ Collaborate with dev teams for fixes and improvements
✅ Ensure a smooth user experience

📌 Skills:
✅ Proficiency in troubleshooting software and system issues
✅ Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA, Freshdesk)
✅ Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
✅ Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
✅ Understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and tools like Postman
✅ Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, or JavaScript)
✅ Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)

🌟 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Experience with software support or customer service
✅ Basic knowledge of coding or software systems is a plus
