Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day production operations
Ensure efficient workflows, quality control, and safety compliance
Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance
Analyze production data and prepare performance reports
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial or related field)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Experience or strong interest in marketing is a definite plus
