Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.

Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

Assist with employee engagement and training initiatives.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and Sri Lankan labor laws.

Serve as the main point of contact for staff HR queries.

Manage office administration, supplies, and vendor coordination.

Handle petty cash and maintain accurate office expense records.

Support internal communication and company events.

Qualifications:

Diploma or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Knowledge of HR principles and Sri Lankan labor regulations.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential data.

Prior experience in administrative support and petty cash handling is a plus.
