Position: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:-
-Lead the finance function including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
-Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals
-Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
-Oversee audits and liaise with external financial partners
-Provide financial insights to support investment and growth decisions
-Manage finance team performance and development
Ideal Candidate Profile-
-A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
-Professional qualifications such as CA, CIMA, or ACCA are preferred
-Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
-Prior experience in the power, energy, or infrastructure sector is a strong advantage
-Strong analytical skills and knowledge of ERP systems -A leadership mindset with excellent stakeholder communication skills
