VACANCY – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (CIVIL)

Position: Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Work Location: Katunayake

Gender: Male / Female

Age: Below 35 Years

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Civil).

BSc in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.

Proficiency in quantity take-off software (e.g., CostX, Planswift, or similar).

Strong knowledge of contract administration and management.

Experience in EOT (Extension of Time) claim preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing.

Conduct joint measurements, prepare payment certificates, and payment applications.

Coordinate with internal teams and resolve discrepancies with vendors and subcontractors.
