Finance Intern (Paid Internship)

Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily accounting and financial operations
• Support the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and budgets
• Help with data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with audits
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial data
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist with filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office, preferably in Excel
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Very good analytical and numerical skills
• Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work extra hours to meet deadlines
