About the Role We are seeking a young, energetic, and confident female professional to join our team as Executive – Digital Media & Business Development Coordination.

This role focuses on maintaining our digital presence, managing social media platforms, and coordinating business development activities (excluding proposal and document preparation).

Key Responsibilities:-

Manage and update all company websites. Handle all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) — content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement.

Design creative flyers, posts, short videos, and reels for marketing and awareness.

Coordinate updates across DeMEP Group companies and convert them into engaging digital content.

Track analytics and performance of digital campaigns.

Coordinate events, exhibitions, and external communications relevant to business promotion.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

Candidate Profile Female candidate aged between 22–30 years.

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, IT, Multimedia, or a related field.

Strong skills in social media management and digital content creation. Good command of English (spoken and written).

Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a strong advantage.

Creative mindset, well-groomed appearance, and strong communication skills. Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
