This exciting role focuses on bonding operations, contributing directly to the creation of innovative, high-performance garments that set us apart in the global market.

🔧 Key Responsibilities: –

• Drive the development and implementation of advanced bonding techniques in garment manufacturing.

• Work closely with product development, R&D, and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Plan and conduct trials on new bonding materials and processes.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to bonding applications and machinery.

• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and client specifications.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:-

• Degree or Diploma in Textile/Clothing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in bonding operations within the apparel industry.

• In-depth knowledge of bonding machinery, adhesives, and garment construction methods.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
