📌 Position: HR Executive
📍 Location: Wellampitiya
🕒 Experience: 2–4 years in HR-related roles

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Take full control of internal team structure
✅ Manage staff attendance effectively
✅ Handle new staff recruitment and onboarding
✅ Ensure monthly targets are met on time
✅ Maintain staff discipline and productivity
✅Ensure staff follow grooming and discipline standards.
✅Assist outlet manager with performance tracking.
✅Maintain employee files and report HR updates to Head Office.
