Junior Executive – Campaign Management (Performance Marketing)

We are looking for a Junior Executive – Campaign Management (Performance Marketing) for Enfection
Onsite, full-time position.

Main responsibility: Should be able to define and implement measurement strategies that align with the client’s and/or company’s goals.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Developing conversion optimization strategies with the aim of improving efficiency and increasing ROAS.
  • Implement tracking from Google and social media platforms into various marketing initiatives. Knowledge of E-commerce tracking will be an added advantage.
  • Benchmark performance across all online channels and provide advice on KPIs based on performance analysis.
  • Reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
    Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi-channel attribution.
  • Discovering opportunities to use innovative methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.

Key Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 6 months experience in the Digital marketing field is compulsory.
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Management, Marketing, Statistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of various digital tools and platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
  • Strong with numbers, analytics, and problem-solving.
  • Should be able to set up ads, set up tracking for ads, optimize ads and provide detailed reports.
  • Google Ads/Analytics/ or any other Certification is preferred
  • A passion to learn and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies
    Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, as well as good teamwork, are essential for this role.
  • Integrity, accountability and adherence to company procedures and policies.
