1. Assistant Manager – HR (Reports to Senior Manager – HR)

We’re looking for someone with: –

🔹 Proven expertise in overall HR Operations

🔹 Hands-on experience in Compensation, Benefits & Statutory compliance

🔹 Strong knowledge of Labor Law

Requirements:

✔️ Degree in HR or equivalent (MBA is a plus)

✔️ 7+ years’ relevant experience

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

✔️ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

2. Executive – HR

Your role will cover:

🔹 Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding

🔹 Administrative support tasks

Requirements:

✔️ Degree in HR or equivalent

✔️ 3+ years’ relevant experience

✔️ Strong command of English

✔️ Proficient in MS Office
